Chronic health conditions have a significant impact on our mental health. Our work together will focus on understanding, accommodating and respecting your condition, becoming the expert of your experience, and navigating your new grief or chronic sorrow.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, autonomic state regulation, and social engagement behaviors through filtered music.
